Corporate training
The contribution I can bring to companies and organizations, is enhancing communication in all forms: personal, team and media-based. I do this offering an applied introduction to the dynamics of communication along with an understanding of media impact on personal and organizational communication. I usually prefer a case-based or project-based approach with small groups, in order to foster active discussion and discuss/challenge/revise established practices. I teach in Italian, English or Spanish.
2010
Workshop on entrepreneurship attitudes for a group of 15 young women in Catamayo, Ecuador (with seed, funded by Youth4Development, a program of DSC).
Motivational training of 100 employees of OCST (Cristian Union in Ticino) in (with seed, in collaboration with WellAtWork, Italy).
1-day team building for a team within Alpiq, with an experiential learning approach exploiting high-class cuisine (with seed, in collaboration with Wchef Mattia Salinitro).
2009
Four workshops (total about 60 hours) within a professional master program in Tutoring and Employment at Cometa Formazione: writing (using creative writing techniques), team communication, project management and instructional design (with seed).

Teacher training course to 12 teachers of the Istituto Sant'Angelo di Loverciano, for children with special needs, about teaching using narrative and technologies (30 hours, with seed).
